Grape harvest 2008 started and we have already picked up grape varieties composing the rosé wine 2008. Plots could be harvested in full maturity and with a strong concentration. The sanitary condition was excellent and we could escape the mildew which corrupted so many plots moreover.
We'll come back then to cellar Syrah, Grenche and old Carignan from which a part will benefit from the carbonic maceration.
We hope to finish grape harvest at the beginning of October.
