Grape harvest 2009 started and we have already picked up grape varieties composing the rosé wine 2008. Plots could be harvested in full maturity and with a strong concentration. The sanitary condition was excellent and we could escape the mildew which corrupted so many plots moreover.
We'll come back then to cellar Syrah, Grenche and old Carignan from which a part will benefit from the carbonic maceration
Now, the result is satisfying. We name the vintage red 2009 " La tour de Boussecos" and the vintage Rosé 2009" La Cuvée des Deux Roses"
At the moment the vintage Joséphine 2007 is out of stock, but the vintage 2008 is also excellent.
